DANIEL BELLISSIMO
DIRECTOR
Daniel is our Managing Director and has been with the business since 2009, providing the necessary leadership to lead the entire MSE team. Away from work, Dan’s passions are family, sport, and coaching. After years of playing and coaching Football, Dan now likes to coach from his comfy couch as an ‘armchair critic’ watching his beloved Blues.

CHRIS BEAYNI
GENERAL MANAGER
Chris is the General Manager of MSE Events Group and takes care of the daily operations of the business. Chris’ passion lies in providing unique experiences and adding as much value as possible to our network of clients. Away from the pressure cooker environment, he is the first to tell the office he is on a ‘New Diet’ and then break it the same day! He love’s spending quality time with family, friends and getting into a good Netflix TV show!

PAUL JANES
SALES OPERATIONS MANAGER
Paul has been with MSE for over 15 years, looking after the day to day operations of MSE Collection and making sure we provide our clients with suitable apparel, merchandise and/or signage. Paul also takes care of our corporate hospitality bookings and is versatile in being a helping hand at our conferences, GALA dinners and/or incentives. Paul enjoys spending time on the weekend with his wife and 2 beautiful girls going to the park and beach in the summer. Likes catching up with friends and having the odd hit of golf or surf.

LETITIA POTASHNYK
GENERAL MANAGER - EVENTS
Letitia is our Event Manager who has a dynamic role, researching, developing, and implementing engaging events, conferences, and incentives. Letitia stays highly active outside of work playing weekly tennis, running and reformer pilates. Do not let her sporty lifestyle fool you, Letitia is the first to polish off a block of chocolate and constantly baking sweet treats for the office.

PETER ZAFIRAKOS
EVENT MANAGER
Peter started out at MSE Group in 2013 whilst completing his Bachelor of Business (Event Management) degree, and now leads the way in overseeing various events for our clients. Throughout his time Peter has played an important role in all areas of the business including Apparel & Merchandise, Corporate Hospitality, and the financial side of the business. When the MSE team partake in team-building activities, whether it be table tennis or go-karting, Peter always comes out on top and is the first to remind them! Peters interests are travelling, spending time with those close to him and partaking in sports, activities, and experiences.

BEN ARNOLD
CORPORATE SALES EXECUTIVE
Ben joined the MSE team in 2016 after the move from Melbourne & Olympic Parks where he managed MSE’s Corporate hospitality at the venue. Ben has a strong passion for sport, family and animals and recently retired from playing Australian Rules football mainly across Gippsland and locally. A young family now occupies Ben’s time where he may fit in the odd Brisbane Lions, Bayern Munich, or Newcastle United game to watch on the couch.

RAY BUHAGIAR
SALES MANAGER
Ray has recently come on board as Sales Manager with MSE Collection and brings a wealth of knowledge in Sporting Equipment and Merchandise/Apparel within the Schools, Sporting Clubs and Corporate Business sectors. Ray enjoys time outside of work socialising with family and friends as well as preforming various Committee roles at his local Football Club. Ray also enjoys gardening and is a handyman around his home but really enjoys quality time with his beautiful Granddaughter Cadence.

EDDIE RINALDO
PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Eddie brings a wealth a of experience and knowledge to the MSE Events Group Team. His areas of expertise spread far and wide with a major emphasis on Project Management in the field of Activations, Trade Shows and Exhibitions. In his own time, Eddie has a strong passion for music and entertainment and on most weekends you’ll find him ‘spinning the decks’ at some of Melbourne’s most popular night spots.

Beginning her journey with us in early 2021, Emily brings a wealth of expertise to our team. Armed with a Diploma of Entertainment Management from the Australian College of the Arts and a diverse background spanning Events, Travel, Hospitality, and Customer Service, her multifaceted skill set makes her an invaluable asset to our esteemed team. Beyond her professional endeavours, Emily harbors a deep love for the arts, particularly live music. She also cherishes moments spent with her friends, family, and beloved pets. We're thrilled to welcome her aboard and look forward to the valuable contributions she'll make.

Meet Rochelle, our vibrant events coordinator who joined us in late 2023. With a background in travel agency, Rochelle brings a unique perspective to event planning. Off the clock, you'll find Rochelle hitting the court for mixed netball games or indulging in a scoop of classic vanilla ice cream. We love having our newest event coordinator join the team.

JESS BELLISSIMO
EVENT ADMINISTRATION
Jess joined the team in mid 2022, assisting the entire events team whilst completing her degree in a Bachelor of Project Management. Jess’ dynamic role assists in all the behind the scenes administration tasks, which attribute to running a well stream-lined and successful event. On the weekends Jess spends her time keeping active by going for a leisurely run or hitting the gym, but only when her beloved Carlton Blues aren’t playing!

JORDAN BELLISSIMO
EVENT ADMINISTRATION
Jordan joined the MSE team in early 2023, assisting with all aspects of the business whilst completing his degree in Event Management. Jordan’s dynamic role consists of helping team members with all tasks regarding events and merchandise, spreading his positive energy throughout the office. Outside of work Jordan spends most of his time socializing with friends when he’s not playing basketball or football. He is also a dedicated supporter of the might Kanga’s!
